Lumina Memora

The short version: everything you write in Lumina Memora — your story, wishes, guest list, letters, and vault — is stored only on your device. We operate no servers that receive your content, we have no accounts, and we never see, sell, or share what you create. The only information that ever leaves your device is anonymous purchase data, used solely to make Premium unlocking work.

What we collect

Nothing about your content. Your entries stay in your device's local storage until you delete them or uninstall the app. There is no cloud copy made by us, no account system, no analytics, and no advertising SDKs.

Purchases

When you buy Premium (a subscription or the one-time lifetime purchase), the store you bought it from — Google Play or Apple's App Store — and our purchase-processing provider, RevenueCat, receive:

• your purchase history for this app (which product, when, and its renewal state), and
• a random anonymous identifier plus basic device information (model, OS version, language),

used only to confirm, restore, and manage your entitlement. This is not linked to your identity — the app has no logins — and is never used for advertising or tracking. We never receive your payment-card details; payment is handled entirely by Google or Apple. RevenueCat processes this data on our behalf under its privacy policy.

Subscriptions & cancellation

Premium is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are always shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime:

Device permissions

The app requests no sensitive permissions. Sharing a keepsake or booklet uses your system share sheet, and the file goes only where you choose to send it.

The waitlist on this website

If you joined the launch waitlist on this site, we store the email address you provided solely to notify you about the app. We won't share it or use it for anything else, and you can ask us to remove it at any time by emailing the address below.

Optional AI tribute helper

If the optional "tribute writer" is enabled in a future version, using that single feature sends only the text of your tribute prompt to a server we operate, to generate suggested wording, and returns the result to your device. No prompt is stored. When the feature is off, the app makes no network connections other than the purchase confirmation described above.

Children

Lumina Memora is intended for adults planning their own celebration of life. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data retention & deletion

You control everything: delete any entry inside the app at any time, or remove all app data by uninstalling. Because we hold no copy of your content, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on a server. To ask about deletion of purchase records held by RevenueCat, email us and we will pass the request on and confirm.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change, we will update this page and revise the date above before the change takes effect.
